Evan Lawson presents a short development showing of the new one-man opera Icarus.

Positioned as a prequel to his highly successful immersive opera Labyrinth, Icarus tells the story from ancient Greek myth through a contemporary queer lens.

We follow the life and fateful journey of the winged boy as he tries to escape the clutches of the twisted labyrinth.
